What it does
- Stock as a history
- Receive, sell and count. Every change is a dated line, and on hand is the total.
- Sales and quotes
- Quote a customer, turn the quote into a sale, and send a receipt with your shop's name on it.
- Payments and costs
- Record how each sale was paid. Cost each comes from what you actually paid for each delivery.
- Prices, tiers and kits
- Set price tiers, and sell an item singly or in kits of a set number at a kit price. You are warned before selling below cost.
- An order form
- Optional: customers order through an online form that shows your live stock.
How the AI part works
- You ask Claude or ChatGPT: “We got 24 mugs from Hale Pottery at $6.50 each.”
- It drafts the delivery as a plan in Order Kiln and gives you the link.
- You check the plan and press Apply. The mug's history gets its new line.
Nothing changes until you press Apply, unless you choose to let plans apply on their own.
Ask for an invite
